What credits pay for

Assessment	500 credits	Every new assessment. Resuming a saved one is free.
Career roadmap	100 credits	The first time for each career. Opening it again is free.
Check My Fit	100 credits	The first time for each career. Opening the result again is free.

Run out of credits while your access is still active? Add a pack. A recharge pack does not bring back access that has ended.

Questions

What happens when my credits run out?

On the free starter, access ends when the credits run out. On the one-time assessment, access and credits last 6 months from purchase, or until the credits run out. On Plus and Pro, credits reset every month while the plan is paid, and access ends when the plan period ends.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Plus and Pro credits reset every month and unused credits are not carried forward.

Can a recharge pack bring my access back?

No. A recharge pack adds credits while your access is active. If access has ended, choose a plan.

Do I pay again to open a roadmap or Check My Fit result I already have?

No. A roadmap or fit result is paid for once for each career. Opening it again is free, and so is resuming a saved assessment.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Every price on this page includes 18% GST.

How do I pay?

Online payment is not open yet. The free starter works today. Paid plans and recharge packs open once payments are live.
